Kimberly Hanson PT, DPT, CCI, BRM
Dr. Hanson earned her Bachelor’s in exercise science from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in 2005 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Washington University in 2009. She has advanced training in functional manual therapy through the Institute of Physical Art as well as visceral and neural manipulation through the Barral Institute. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling as well as the Barbell Rehab Method.
Dr. Hanson founded Hanson Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in 2020 having previously worked as the Clinic Director at Under Armour Global HeadQuarters in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Hanson is committed to lifelong learning and evolving her practice to continually provide the highest quality of care with innovative techniques and methods. She has experience working with athletes of all levels, from the weekend warrior to the collegiate and professional athlete.
Bethany Middleton, PTA, BRM, Girls Gone Strong CPPC
Bethany graduated from the PTA program at Anne Arundel Community College in 2009. She has training in advanced exercise and functional manual therapy techniques. She is certified in the Barbell Rehab Method as well as a Girls Gone Strong Certified Prenatal & Postpartum Coach.
Bethany understands the importance of having an active lifestyle and is committed to lifelong learning. She has worked in a variety of outpatient settings with athletes of all ages, including high school, collegiate, professional, and weekend warriors. Bethany is always looking to expand her knowlege base to continually provide quality care for all of the individuals that she treats.


Sarah Feierstein PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT, PCES
Dr. Feierstein graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2012 with her Bachelor’s in
Biology and from Widener University in 2016 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has completed
a manual therapy residency through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (CMPT) and has earned an advanced specialist certification in orthopedic therapy (OCS). She is also certified in dry needling through Myopain Seminars and has taken courses to become a Pregnancy and
Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).
Dr. Feierstein has ten years of experience working in the fields of orthopedics, women’s health, and home health. Dr. Feierstein enjoys using a blend of manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise with her clients. She enjoys working with runners, postpartum clients, and athletes of all ages using a full body approach.
